We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated Property Maintenance
Assistant to take ownership and responsibility for the upkeep, maintenance and
caretaking of our site at Butterstone, Dunkeld.
The role requires a broad knowledge and skills of general maintenance and grounds
The successful candidate should have a high degree of integrity, coupled with a
flexible, strong work ethic, prepared to work outside routine working hours in the case
This is an interesting and varied role with a high degree of satisfaction.
You must have previous caretaking / maintenance / handyperson experience, and
have the ability to work alone using your own initiative when necessary. You must be
physically fit and able to carry out the requirements of the role.
A clean driving licence is required and access to a car with business insurance is
