Salary: £20,775 – £23,518 (qualified) / £18,667 – £20,775 (unqualified)

Moore House Care & Education is a dynamic organisation offering a range of services to support the individual needs of children and young people as they move through their life journey.


Our approach is firmly based on building positive, nurturing relationships using the principles of playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy (PACE). We are working towards accreditation in Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) and provide training and support for all our staff.
We are looking for Practitioners from a range of backgrounds including residential childcare, health, community learning and development, social work and other related professions to work within a service based in a rural environment which provides opportunities to develop therapeutic approaches through horticulture and looking after animals and wildlife.


We are interested in people who can bring a range of skills, experience and qualities that will impact on improving outcomes for our young people and contribute to our teams being able to provide high quality services for our young people.


We are looking for applicants who are able to work a variety of shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
