Moore House Care & Education



We have full and part-time teachers, all of whom are primary or subject specialists who teach across all aspects of the broad general education (BGE) and senior phase of Curriculum for Excellence.


Learning coordinators, Tutors and Visiting Specialists complement the work of the teachers, enhancing the curriculum and offering targeted support to young people.



We provide a range of high-quality services which support young people to achieve the best that they can in their learning and development.

– Education services for young people who are resident with us
– Day service for young people who live at home or with another residential service and who struggle to maintain mainstream school placements
– Access to a 24 hour curriculum which promotes learning across the day
– Partnership working with our In Touch and PSI services, with external agencies and community-based services, such as our career’s advisor, local college and work placement providers.
